Don't forget, this is a site to show case all of us. Speaking of which, stay tuned for our creative writing post on Friday, in which we will be featuring a poem by a very special guest poster.

UPDATE:
Here is one of the pictures I received yesterday. Thanks, Melody ($10 to you). This photograph interests me. It was a nice use of blurred color and light. It seems soft and mysterious.
Great Work. Keep them coming folks!

Can you tell us about it, Mel?
is that an electric eel jumping out of the water and arching its back like a killer whale? dude, that is boss!
close, but not quite. it is a pond in Colorado that we walked-on-water on when it was frozen enough. most of the blurry comes from my dinky camera's struggle with the post-sunset light. the electric eel is a car headlight, either hitting a particularly bumpy place in the road or my own shaky hands. i like that it moves from the eel, up the sunset, into the gray in the clouds, which circles you around the rest of the way because it's echoed in the water. and on the way you notice Sean, being all dark and reflected.
..i'm thinking the new Coldplay. any advice?
